WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE?
HOW DO WE SECURE OUR DATE?
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due to secure date with a signed contract. Cash or check payments are accepted for deposits, room rental fee and bar services. Checks can be made payable to SIMPLY EM PRODUCTIONS LLC.

WHAT IS THE OCCUPANCY?
The recommended number of guests for comfortable seating is 60.
DO YOU OFFER CATERING?
Simply Em Productions at The Willow Room does not cater events but requires contracting with a local caterer who must be licensed in New York State. The Client must provide the contact information of the caterer at least 7 days prior to the event.
The Client may use the refrigerator, freezer, and sink at the Venue and agrees to remove any food / beverages from the Venue. Any caterer selected by the Client is permitted to use the kitchen as a staging area but the Client will be charged an additional cleaning fee if the staging kitchen is not returned to its original state. All food preparation and cooking will be done off site by the caterer and not at the venue.
CAN WE HAVE ALCOHOL?
The Client and the Client’s guests may NOT bring or consume their own alcoholic beverages at the Venue. Alcoholic beverages may only be dispensed at the Event by Simply Em Productions, LLC (The Willow Room) and their staff. Alcohol can only be served at events where a substantial amount of food is served.
All alcohol must remain inside the building at all times.
WHERE IS THE PARKING?
Client’s guests may use the private parking lot with 40 available spaces. If the lot is full, guests are not permitted to park along the road and may be at risk of being ticketed by local authorities. Clients must ensure that the driveway at the Venue is clear for emergency vehicles if they need to access the Venue.
