Rental Rates (updated April 1, 2022)

WEEKEND RATE

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY 

  • $600 for up to SIX hours.  (this includes the time for any drop off, set up and clean up)
  • $125 per hour after SIX hours

WEEKDAY RATE 

MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY

  • $300 for up to THREE hours  (this includes the time for any drop off, set up and clean up)
  • $100 per hour after THREE hours

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE?

  • Two private bathrooms with wheelchair access and one with a baby changing station
  • Three 8 foot wooden farmhouse tables (must stay in the center of the room)
  • Six 6 foot round tables
  • Cross back wooden chairs
  • Choice of linens (white, black, linen, navy blue)
  • Two 6 foot tables for food service
  • Two highchairs
  • Cake / gift table 
  • Buffet for drinks and refreshments
  • Access to wifi (business meetings / conferences only)
  • Smart TV
  • Gas fireplace
  • Access to kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, freezer)
  • Ample free parking with wheelchair access
  • On-site property manager for the duration of your event

**A complimentary hold  will be placed on your date for five days after inquiry**

WHAT IS THE OCCUPANCY?

The recommended  number of guests for comfortable seating is 50-55. 

​DO YOU OFFER CATERING? 

Simply Em Productions at The Willow Room does not cater events but recommends contracting with a local caterer who must be licensed in New York State.  The Client must provide the contact information of the caterer at least 7 days prior to the event.  

The Client may use the refrigerator, freezer, and sink at the Venue and agrees to remove any food / beverages from the Venue.  Any caterer selected by the Client is permitted to use the kitchen as a staging area but the Client will be charged an additional cleaning fee if the staging kitchen is not returned to its original state.  All food preparation and cooking will be done off site and not at the venue. 

​CAN WE HAVE ALCOHOL?

The Client and the Client’s guests may NOT bring or consume their own alcoholic beverages at the Venue. Alcoholic beverages may only be dispensed at the Event by a caterer but only if: (a) the caterer has a valid New York State liquor license to sell and serve alcoholic beverages; (b) the caterer also has a valid New York State Caterer’s Alcohol Permit authorizing the sale and service of alcoholic beverages at the Event; (c) food is also served at the Event by the caterer;  (d) the sale and dispensing of alcoholic beverages at the Event is done by the caterer in compliance with the terms of the caterer’s New York State Caterer’s Alcohol Permit and all applicable Laws. All alcohol must remain inside the building at all times.

​WHERE IS THE PARKING?

Client’s guests may use the private parking lot with 40 available spaces.  If the lot is full, guests are not permitted to park along the road and may be at risk of being ticketed by local authorities.   Clients must ensure that the driveway at the Venue is clear for emergency vehicles if they need to access the Venue.
